I. SHIPPING (WITHIN THE UNITED STATES)
At OCC, it is our goal provide you with exemplary service. You should expect to receive your package via Standard Delivery service within 3-7 Business Days of receipt of your payment. If you require same day or next day processing or if your order is otherwise time-sensitive, please indicate this by selecting the appropriate service at checkout.

• Packages valued at under $200.00 USD are recommended to be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
• Packages valued at over $200.00 USD are recommended to be shipped via UPS Ground Service.
• International Orders should be sent by USPS International Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified and available.

Cost: Price is calculated by carrier, weight, and location.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of Monday. All 2nd Day and Next Day orders must be placed by 12:00 Noon, Eastern Time to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.

If your package is time-sensitive, please contact our Sales Department for more information prior to placing your order.

Please be aware that packages sent via UPS can require a signature upon delivery, depending on your location. If you elect to have this option waived, please note that you are doing so at your own risk, and that OCC will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages sent via USPS Standard Shipping generally do not require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for theft at an address that you provide us with. Once your package is delivered, our responsibility for that package ends. We will be happy to replace damaged items but we cannot take responsibility for packages stolen at your address.

II. SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL)

Time in Transit: The time in transit for International Orders will vary significantly from the above. Please be aware that typically, it takes 2 - 3 business days to process order including the preparation of customs forms, and between 6 - 10 business days for it to arrive to you after it has been shipped. Please do not expect International Orders to arrive any earlier than 15 business days from the time your order is placed. Additionally, your country's Customs Authority has the right to hold your package for any reason or no reason at all, for anywhere to 1 - 30 days of receipt. Should this delay occur, OCC unfortunately does not have the authority or ability to make any changes to or expedite your order. Please feel free to contact your customs authority for more information.

Pricing: Your shipping price will vary depending on the weight and value of the package.

III. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SHIPPING

Certain items, including aerosol sprays and alcohol-based products including Nail Lacquers, are considered Hazardous Materials (HazMat) when in transit and are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to Federal Regulations. For these shipments, we can ship via USPS Standard Service or UPS Ground only, within the continental United States. Packages containing these items weighing over 1.5 lbs can be shipped via USPS Parcel Post only. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to International or Overseas addresses, including Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or other US territories.

IV. PAYMENT

Full and complete payment for products and services must be received before products are shipped or services are rendered. OCC currently accepts credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Debit cards featuring the Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted. Orders totaling over $500.00 USD must be shipped to your credit card billing address. If this is not feasible, you will be asked to provided a photocopy of your credit card along with valid photo identification via fax or email in order to ship to different address.

1. PayPal™: At the present time, OCC does not offer PayPal™ as a payment option.

2. Checks & Money Orders: We regret that at this time, OCCMAKEUP.COM does not accept payments via check or money order.

V. RETURNS

Your complete satisfaction with our products is OCC's top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us with a copy of your original sales receipt within 14 days of purchase, after obtaining a return authorization from our Sales Department. Please contact us via email at info@occmakeup.com or by phone at 888-OCC-0504 in order to obtain this authorization. After this 14 day period, only unopened, unused and untested merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please contact us to receive a return authorization prior to sending back any merchandise. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of your package upon its delivery to us. This policy pertains strictly to all merchandise, including our Nail Lacquers, which are prohibited by law from being returned to us via the United States Postal Service. OCC will not be held liable for returns that are damaged, destroyed or lost en route back to us, so please select a secure shipping method for your returns. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. International Orders and Airbrush Equipment and Package Sets may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Used makeup accessories such as brushes and airbrush equipment are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please Note: While the majority of our products do come shrink-banded, both Lip Tar and OCC Skin Minis are currently packaged in manner that is not conducive to heat-sealing. However, both are packaged in a manner that is tamper evident: all Lip Tars & OCC Skin Minis should arrive with a clean inner cap and application. If a small bead of product is present in the cap, it is simply an indicator that the package experienced compression in transit. Because we do not accept returns on used merchandise, you can rest assured that we would of course not have used product on hand to reship.

Any merchandise that arrives damaged or is missent to our customers will be immediately replaced, and no additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer. Please report any damaged or missing products immediately upon receipt, so that the appropriate claims can be filed with our shipping companies. Neglecting to do so and/or use of the products despite the damage constitutes acceptance of the item in the condition it arrives in, and renders us unable to file the appropriate claim, which can result in the refusal of your return.

Only products purchased directly from Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics, whether by website or telephone order, may be returned to us. If you have purchased OCC products through one of our distributors, please contact them for information regarding their return policy. Portions of packaged products, such as airbrush systems, can only be returned in the event that they are damaged or defective, and carry no individual value when separate from the value of the package in its entirety.

SALES TAX & CUSTOMS FEE

As our business is located in New York State, we are obligated to collect Sales Tax on all purchases originating from New York State or paid for while using a New York billing address. At checkout, you will be asked to verify whether you are placing your order from within New York. In the event that you do not correctly verify this, you will still be charged sales tax. To avoid confusion, please be sure to correctly verify your location.

International Customers please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.
